# Data Backup Plans for Tally on Cloud

**Data Backup Plans for Tally on Cloud:**

&#x20;We maintain 3 types of data backups on cloud, so your data is super safe !

1\) Hourly backup: Hourly Data Shadow Copy is taken of all tally data.

&#x20;Frequency: Every hour \[from 9 am till 7pm]

&#x20;Size: Full tally data

&#x20;Data retention: Last 7 days

&#x20;Retrieval: Instant retrieval of complete data

&#x20;Backup destination: Same server

2\) Daily backup - Daily incremental backup is taken of complete operating system.

&#x20;Frequency: Two time daily

&#x20;Size: Full operating system with all drives

&#x20;Data retention: Last 3 days

&#x20;Retrieval: Full OS or File/folder level

&#x20;Backup destination: Separate Dedicated Backup Server

3\) Scheduled backup \[only available in selected plans]

&#x20;Tally data backup will be compressed and uploaded online on

&#x20;Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, AWS S3, OneDrive.

&#x20;Frequency: Daily

&#x20;Size: Full tally data in compressed ZIP format with 80% compression ratio

&#x20;Data Retention: Depends on storage of Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, AWS S3 or OneDrive.

&#x20;Backup destination: Customer's Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, AWS S3 or OneDrive

Process for backup scheduling - First two backups are by default enabled

Process for retrieval - Customer needs to write email on <support@comhard.co.in> for retrieval of data.
